Nasal blockage, congestion and trouble breathing is a common problem and may have many causes. These may be caused by nasal and sinus structure and/or how the nose and sinuses function.

• Shape and structure of your nose may cause the obstruction due to a deviated nasal septum and/or the nasal turbinates.
• Congested and runny nose may be from allergies or non allergic problems called Vasomotor Rhinitis.
• Inflammation of sinuses may be caused by nasal polyps and/or infection.
